        The Old Pasadena Walking Tour South explores the rich and diverse history of Dayton Street and some of Pasadena’s earliest Black-owned businesses, the first Fire Station, and the Friendship Pasadena Church (@ Pasadena Central Park, Pasadena).
      • 10:00 am – 6:00 pm: Peace Chain Project
        The community is invited to participate by stopping by the library to create their own chain link containing a personal message or peace symbol (@ Villa Parke Community Center, Pasadena).

        Booksellers and bibliophiles from around the world share their love of books, fine prints, maps, ephemera, and more (@ Pasadena Convention Center, Pasadena).
      • 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm: Celebrate Sierra Madre Playhouse 100th Anniversary With Silent Film Festival
        The celebration, which launches with a free community event, includes five iconic silent films featuring live accompaniment by celebrated pianist Frederick Hodges and “The Bees Knees,” a Roaring 20s-inspired gala centennial celebration with a Harold Lloyd double bill, champagne dinner, and speakeasy (@ Sierra Madre Playhouse, Sierra Madre).
      • 4:00 pm – 4:45 pm: The Art of Alchemy Lecture at Rare Books LA-Pasadena
