Students from the Villa Parke Community Center’s “Coloring Outside the Lines” art class are creating a paper peace chain with messages inspired by the teachings of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., “there is strength in diversity and power in peace.”
The community is invited to participate by stopping by the library to create their own chain link containing a personal message or peace symbol. Once completed, the project will be displayed on the second floor of the Villa Parke Community Center outside the library.
