Yoga and a short meditation to let go and release!
Bring a new friend for Free!
Taught by Sydney/Siri Nath and Amy/Sat Prem who are Kundalini Research Institute Certified Yoga Instructors. All levels are welcome. Bring your yoga mat or blanket to sit on and wear comfortable clothing for a Kundalini and meditation set. Wear shoes you can slip off because Kundalini Yoga is barefoot. Bring water to keep hydrated. If you don’t want to sit cross-legged, you can bring a portable chair.
