      Friday, July 4, 2025

      • 7:00 am – 9:30 pm: San Marino 4th of July Independence Day Parade-Palooza
        The 4th of July parade will be held at 4:45 pm before the fireworks at 9:00 pm (@ Lacy Park, San Marino).
      • 7:00 am: South Pasadena 4th of July Festival of Balloons
        Following the parade, attendees are invited to Garfield Park’s “Party in the Park” celebration, where there will be music, food, and plenty of family-friendly fun (See event’s description for location).
      • 7:30 am – 12:00 pm: Sierra Madre Independence Day Celebration
        Two days of celebration will culminate in Sierra Madre’s Independence Day Parade at 10:00 am (See event’s description for location).
      • 10:00 am: Altadena Pepper Drive Parade
        Pepper Drive is gearing up once again for one of its most cherished traditions, the Annual Pepper Drive Parade, where a short two-block stroll turns into a jubilant celebration of community, creativity, and red-white-and-blue flair (@ Pepper Drive, Altadena).
      • 10:00 am – 11:00 am: Sierra Madre Senior Hawaiian & Polynesian Dance Class
        Join instructor Barbara Dempsey as she leads you in the art of Hula (@ Memorial Park, Sierra Madre).
      • 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm: Pasadena Senior Center Fourth of July Celebration
        Enjoy a sumptuous lunch prepared by Neighborhood Survants and live music by JJ Jukebox, a local band performing music from the 60’s and 70’s (@ Pasadena Senior Center, Pasadena).
      • 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm: FoodieLand in Pasadena
        FoodieLand is a foodie-inspired three-day event at Rose Bowl Stadium where family and friends gather together for food and drink, shopping, and entertainment (@ Rose Bowl Stadium, Pasadena).
      • 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm: Alhambra Fourth of July Celebration
        Enjoy an evening of fun, food, games, and live entertainment, with a spectacular fireworks show at 9:00 pm (@ Almansor Park, Alhambra).
      • 4:00 pm: Crescenta Valley Fireworks
        The 18th annual in-person show will have choreographed music and will be best seen from the field, but the higher fireworks will be visible to residents across the Crescenta Valley (@ La Crescenta Elementary Field, La Crescenta-Montrose).
      • 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm: Free Admission at the Norton Simon
        Enjoy free admission for all visitors on the first Friday of the month (@ Norton Simon Museum, Pasadena).
      • 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm: Monrovia Friday Night Street Fair
        Enjoy the charm of Old Town Monrovia (@ Myrtle Avenue, Monrovia).
      • 6:00 pm: Sierra Madre Family Movie Fridays
        Spend an evening under the stars enjoying a showing of The Wild Robot (@ Memorial Park, Sierra Madre).
      • 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm: DBSA San Gabriel Valley Support Alliance
        San Gabriel Valley Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (@ DBSA San Gabriel Valley, Pasadena).
      • 7:00 pm – 9:30 pm: Monrovia 4th of July Concert and Fireworks Show
        Enjoy live music, entertainment, dancing, and a fireworks show at 9:00 pm (@ Library Park, Monrovia).
