        Find freshly prepared foods and hand crafted goods from over 30 vendors while delighting in live music and a community garden open house (@ Altadena Farmers Market in Loma Alta Park, Altadena).
      • 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm: Kidspace Free First Fridays
        Kidspace Children’s Museum is opening up their doors for free on the first Friday of every month (@ Kidspace Children’s Museum, Pasadena).

        Enjoy the charm of Old Town Monrovia (@ Myrtle Avenue, Monrovia).

        Enjoy this annual event which will feature local singers and dancers, crafts for kids provided by Armory Center for the Arts, light refreshments, and a special appearance by  Santa Claus (@ Pasadena City Hall, Pasadena).
      • 5:30 pm – 10:00 pm: Lightscape 2023 at the Los Angeles County Arboretum
        The reimagined Lightscape merges nature and art in the mesmerizing Fire Garden, awesome Arch of Light, eye-catching Feast of Light, exotic Dancing Palms, and other spectacular installations (@ Los Angeles County Arboretum and Botanic Garden, Arcadia).
      • 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm: South Pasadena Library Holiday Book Sale
        This annual Holiday Book Sale and Marketplace will feature an extensive curated collection of current and classic fiction and children’s books, stunning art and coffee table books, antiquarian collectibles, and a wide variety of non-fiction items (@ South Pasadena Community Room, South Pasadena).
      • 6:00 pm – 12:00 am: Marshall Fundamental Drama: “She Kills Monsters” by Qui Nguyen

        Help maintain trails with the Friends of Rubio Canyon by removing invasive species and planting native ones at the Rosemont and Sunshine Preserves (@ Rubio Canyon, Altadena).
      • 8:30 am – 12:30 pm: Pasadena Farmers’ Market – Saturday
        Shop for fresh, nutritious, locally-grown fruits and vegetables (@ Victory Park, Pasadena).
      • 10:00 am – 11:15 am: Old Pasadena Walking Tour
        This tour features the ruins of Pasadena’s second library, a historic theatre that is now readapted as condominiums, and perhaps one of the most controversial preservation stories regarding an entire block that was saved (@ Memorial Park, Pasadena).
      • 11:00 am – 3:00 pm: South Pasadena Library Holiday Book Sale

        Find a wide assortment of affordably priced fruits, vegetables, honey, herbs, bread, and more (2nd St. between Main and Commonwealth, Alhambra).
