      • 10:00 am – 11:00 am: Sierra Madre: Senior Hawaiian & Polynesian Dance Class
        Join instructor Barbara Dempsey as she leads you in the art of Hula (@ Memorial Park, Sierra Madre).
      • 1:00 pm: Movie Matinees at Pasadena Senior Center

        Los Angeles County residents may properly dispose of their household hazardous wastes (HHW) for no cost by taking it to this periodic one-day collection roundup (@ Los Angeles County Department of Public Works Headquarters, Alhambra).
      • 11:00 am – 12:00 pm: Savoring Roots – A Journey Through Plant-Based Indigenous Culinary Traditions
        Join Dr. Claudia Serrato for a unique lecture and food demonstration exploring the vibrant world of plant-based nutrition through the rich traditions of Indigenous cuisine (@ Altadena Main Library, Altadena).

        Mount Wilson Observatory will host a talk by a Jet Propulsion Lab Panel on the triumph of the Hubble Space Telescope, followed by picnicking and convivial stargazing through both of the two largest telescopes in the world (@ Mount Wilson Observatory, Mount Wilson).
