The ASNTB Community Yoga Class is held at the very conveniently-located Vallejo Drive Church in Glendale. The church graciously donates the use of their carpeted, air-conditioned and spacious community room for this class. Mats and props are available.

Timebankers can pay with time dollars and the public is welcome to attend
for a minimum donation of $5. The class is currently taught by accredited
yoga teacher Maya Gingery, RYT who designs her classes to the level of the students for healing and rejuvenation.

Beginners or the more experienced can all benefit from a yoga practice.

The class is located where the 2 meets the 134 at Vallejo Drive Church.

Park in the free lot behind the church and head toward the Fellowship Hall. Look
for the yoga class sign.
