It’s that gruesome, ghoulish time of the year once more and the goblins are going to be busy in Sierra Madre! On E. Alegria Lane between Baldwin Avenue and Mountain Trial there will be a neighborhood of frights and treats for the whole family.

A long-standing local tradition, the kids can trick or treat and there will be live performers, lots of decorations to raise your hair, and fun for one and all.
Other local events in Sierra Madre will include Memorial Park’s Trick or Treat extravaganza, from 3:00 pm until 5:00 where stores will offer candy and shivers. Look for the signs posted out front. After that, there will be a Costume Parade at 5:00 pm, followed by a Dance Performance and a Costume Contest, beginning at 5:45 pm. The dance by the Sierra Madre Dance Centre should provide plenty of thrills and chills. Registration for the Contest will be at Kersting Ct. and Memorial Park between 3:00 and 5:00 pm. Prizes will be given to the top three in various categories, so dress up with the kids and pets and scare the crowd.
Sierra Madre hopes to make this Oct. 31st a day to make everyone happily spooked!
