As PUSD’s Food & Nutrition Services program is now providing drive-through, pick-up of breakfast and lunch for any child under the age of 18, Pasadena Educational Foundation (PEF) is organizing curbside volunteers.

Here’s a message from PEF:
Food service is providing the meals and a few wonderful staff members, but we need help handing out food as families show up. Pasadena Educational Foundation is organizing curbside volunteers and has a handy page for you to sign up for a slot.
5 – 6 volunteers per school site
We would like to have 5 – 6 volunteers per school site. We hope to use your time wisely, but this is uncharted territory. We ask all volunteers to be flexible as we figure out how to best to serve our school families. We more than tripled the amount of meals handed today from yesterday day at one site.
This Friday and next week
Volunteers are encouraged to consider signing up for a slot this Friday and days next week. Food will also be distributed during spring break, but signups are not yet available for those slots.
