Join the Altadena Main Library for a fun, free concert with The Tribe Band performing their “One-Hit Wonders” show inside the Altadena Main Library.

The Tribe’s “One-Hit Wonders” show is a unique presentation of some all-time favorite songs by bands and artists that had one big, memorable hit. Whether you recall the names of the artists that made the songs famous or not, you’ll probably recognize every tune. You’ll hear songs like King Harvest’s “Dancing in the Moonlight,” The Ides of March’s “Vehicle,” The Spiral Starecase’s “More Today Than Yesterday,” Freda Payne’s “Band of Gold,” Bobby Hebb’s “Sunny,” Elvin Bishop’s “Fooled Around and Fell in Love,” Looking Glass’s “Brandy (You’re A Fine Girl),” and many more. What better way to pay homage to some of the best tunes in history?
Food and drink will be available. Due to the popularity of this event, it is recommended that you arrive early in order to get a good seat.
The Tribe is a collective of Los Angeles-based professional musicians that features a rotation of stellar singers who perform themed shows and tributes to various popular artists throughout Southern California. Each show brings a special charm and interpretation that appeals to audiences of all kinds.
