Here’s what’s new in our area!

Old Pasadena

• Pez Coastal Kitchen opened in Old Pasadena at 61 N. Raymond Avenue, in the same location where Slater’s 50/50 used to be.
• Prince St. Pizza had its official opening at 49 E Colorado Blvd. in early March.

Shops on Holly

• Owners of Mama Sushi opened a coffee shop called Nostalgic Café next door. The quaint coffee shop is at 27 E Holly Street. The official opening was Monday, March 11. 626 989 3905.

Playhouse Village

• Star Leaf opened its doors on Wednesday, February 28 at 641 E Colorado Blvd, in the same location where Roy’s used to be.

San Marino

• Chapresso opened at 2142 Huntington Dr. in San Marino, in the old location of Sweet & Savory. (626) 995-7227.

South Lake Ave.

• A great hang out place for many is Twinkle Tea – Caltech adjacent at 498 S. Lake Ave. All day happy hour Hong Kong milk tea and Hong Kong lemon tea.

South Pasadena

• The Eclectic Music Festival will take place on April 27, 2024, from 3:00 – 10:00 pm. The Eclectic Preview Happy Hour Party will take place on Sunday, March 24 from 1:00 – 5:00 pm at ‘The Daily’, 1119 Fair Oaks Avenue.
• Spring/Summer Hours (4:00 pm – 8:00 pm) began March 14 at the South Pasadena Farmers’ Market.
