      This WeekendArt is expressed in many forms, one of them is via an occasional wacky and fun Parade. There’s also the art of paintings, art of writing, plus the art of giving and receiving. All is offered and can be experienced this weekend.

      – 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm: Xiem FALL Ceramic Art Fair and Studio Sale

      The multi-agency partnership known as “Covered Pasadena” will have Certified Enrollment Counselors to provide free enrollment assistance (@ ChapCare Fair Oaks Health Center).

      The Occasional Pasadena Doo Dah Parade will celebrate 37 years of irreverent playfulness on the streets of Pasadena (@ East Pasadena).

      Learn the joy of sharing economy. Bring your things that need a fix: appliances, electronics, toys, clothing, jewelry. You may also learn to sharpen knives on a wet stone (@ All Saints).

      Pasadena Central Library celebrates 130 years of library services with fun free activities (@ Pasadena Central Library).

      – 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm: Crown City Symphony Autumn Concert

      Classical music program includes Beethoven: Overture, Vieuxtemps: Violin Concerto #5, Haydn: Symphony #103 (@ Altadena Community Church).

      – 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm: GALA Exhibits

      An exhibition of art work by Mavis Leahy, Gloria Newton, and Toti M. O’Brien (@ Gala Exhibits, Glendale).
