      Monday, January 2

      – Jan. 1, 2023 (4:00 pm – all night): People start lining up the Boulevard the night before the parade. It starts resembling a war torn zone with people bringing all kinds of stuff to make their overnight stay bearable in anticipation of the Rose Parade the following day.

      – Jan. 2, 2023 (Early morning): The 134th annual Rose Parade and Rose Bowl game will be held on a Monday this year, due to the tradition of never holding the parade on a Sunday. (Read more).
