      4th of July Weekend ActivitiesThings to do this long weekend. Chose wisely (and try to win some tickets.)

      Friday:

      – 10:00 am: “No 710 Tunnel” March in S. Pas.

      Join in the march against the 710 Tunnel and show Caltrans and Metro that opposition to the SR-710 Tunnels is more widespread than South Pasadena.

      – 11:00 am – 5:00 pm: Free Norton Simon Museum Admission

      Visit a museum on the 4th for free. Free admission from 11 am – 5 pm .

      – 8:00 pm: Who’s Showing Up to Play @ Levitt?

      If you are up for attending a concert on the 4th, check this “who’s who in the music industry” band. Who knows who will show up to play! (@ Levitt Pavilion.)

      – 9:00 pm: Celebrate our Nation’s Birthday: 4th of July Festivities

      Check the full listing of all the festivities that are taking place in and around greater Pasadena area and plan accordingly.

      Saturday:

      – 9:00 am – 1o:00 am: Produce in the Park in Monrovia

      The Monrovia Produce in the Park is a group of people dedicated to sharing locally grown food.

      – 11:00 am – 12:00 pm: Free Yoga Class

      Calm your mind, body and soul with a  yoga session from our friends from Yogaworks Pasadena! Free (@ Arroyo Whole Foods.)

      – 8:00 – 9:30 pm: Vaud and the Villains band

      Visit New Orleans Cabaret Jazz music while remaining in Pasadena.

      – 8:30 – 10:30 pm: Old Pasadena Film Festival

      The largest free open-air film festival in California opens up with the campy “Attack of the Killer Tomatoes” @ Central Park and “Moonrise Kingdom”  @ One Colorado.

      Sunday:

      – 7:00 – 8:30 pm: Jazz Night @ Levitt

      Billy Mitchell & Friends will entertain Sunday night. (@ Levitt Pavilion.)

      – 7:30: Old Pasadena Film Festival

      The largest free open-air film festival in California continues with “Who Does She Think She Is?” @ Armory Center.

      And finally:

      Why not enter a raffle for one free ticket to the Colorado Street Bridge Party on Saturday July 12th, from 6:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.  Who’s who in town will be there.
