Tues, July 8 – Adoption, Vaccine, Spaying/Neutering & Microchip Fees Waved

A special event titled “Gatto’s Gatos, Holden’s Huskies and Chau’s Chows” will take place on Tuesday, July 8, at the Pasadena Humane Society.

At the event, fees of adoption will be waved  for:

♦ Dogs
♦ Cats
♦ Rabbits
♦ Birds

The waved fees are for the following:

♦ First round of vaccinations
♦ Spaying and neutering surgeries
♦ Micro-chipping.

Tidbits:

♦ The event is appropriately called the “Gatto’s Gatos, Holden’s Huskies and Chau’s Chows,” after the three California Assemblymen Mike Gatto (D-Silver Lake), Chris Holden (D-Pasadena) and Ed Chau (D-Monterey Park), who joined efforts to organize the event.

♦ The adoption hours at the Pasadena Humane Society are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

♦ The Assemblymen will be on location in Pasadena from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Every person who adopts a pet on Tuesday will receive a gift from them.
