“Centennial Exposition: 100 Objects in 100 Days,” one of the special projects for 2024 to celebrate Pasadena Museum of History’s centennial year, launches on PMH’s Facebook and Instagram platforms on Tuesday, April 23, 2024.
“This year Pasadena Museum of History reaches its 100-year milestone, marking a century of collecting historic, significant, and fascinating items related to the history of this region,” noted executive director Jeannette O’Malley. “Through our work as PMH personnel, we preserve, protect, study, interpret, and share the stories of our distant and more recent past.”
As part of the Centennial Celebration, PMH is offering the public a glimpse into some of the Museum’s diverse holdings, from the PMH collections and archives. The public is invited to visit their social media platforms as they spotlight some of the Museum’s fascinating and unique images and artifacts. Select posts will be enhanced with companion blogs, links to photo albums, videos, and more.
“Centennial Exposition” will offer new posts each weekday from April 23 until PMH’s founding date of September 9.
