Armenian synth/pop band Echocell will be playing the Levitt Pavilion on Thursday, August 7 at 8 p.m. as a benefit to erect an Armenian Genocide Memorial on the premises of Memorial Park in Pasadena.
The project will be constructed and maintained with private funding and is being proposed for the northwest section of Memorial Park.
A 2015 dedication is planned to coincide with 100th anniversary commemorations of the Armenian Genocide.
An on-site booth and donations will be available for the audience.
Festival begins at 6:30 p.m.
