Overall rainfall amounts and impacts are forecast to be light, but residents should remain alert for downed trees, possible power outages, and hazardous sea conditions.

Tuesday will be mostly cloudy with a high near 65 degrees. There is a 30 percent chance of rain after 4:00 pm, with south winds of 10 to 15 mph and gusts reaching up to 20 mph. New precipitation amounts are expected to remain below one-tenth of an inch.
Rain is likely Tuesday night, mainly after 10:00 pm, with a 70 percent chance of precipitation. Overnight lows will be near 51 degrees, accompanied by continued southerly winds and gusts up to 20 mph. Rainfall totals could range between a quarter and half of an inch.
On Wednesday, a 50 percent chance of rain remains under partly sunny skies, with daytime highs around 62 degrees. South-southwest winds of 5 to 10 mph are expected, with additional rainfall amounts between a tenth and a quarter of an inch possible. Conditions will begin to clear Wednesday night, becoming partly cloudy with lows near 46 degrees and light west-northwest winds turning calm after midnight.
Drier conditions return Thursday, with mostly sunny skies and a high near 65, followed by clear conditions Thursday night. Friday will be sunny and warmer, with highs near 70 and mostly clear skies overnight.
The weekend brings a renewed chance of rain. Saturday will be partly sunny with a high near 68, followed by a chance of rain Saturday night. Rain is likely on Sunday and Sunday night, with mostly cloudy skies, highs near 61, and lows around 45. Rain is expected to continue into Washington’s Birthday, with mostly cloudy conditions and a high near 58 degrees.
