The highly anticipated annual Book (and More!) Holiday Sale, hosted by the Friends of the South Pasadena Public Library, is set to take place on December 5th, 6th, and 7th in the Library Community Room at 1115 El Centro Street.

This beloved community event promises to be a festive celebration of literature, creativity, and holiday spirit.
The sale will feature a carefully curated selection of the best, brightest, and most beautiful donations from throughout the year, offering a diverse range of books and items for every taste. Thousands of books will be available, covering all genres, including fiction bestsellers, children’s books, collectible volumes, and more. This year’s event is expected to draw book lovers and holiday shoppers alike, providing a perfect opportunity to pick up unique gifts while supporting a local institution.
A highlight of the event will be on Sunday, December 7th, when the library hosts a special Marketplace featuring local artisans. Following the success of last year’s debut, this year’s Marketplace will showcase handmade goods from artists including Cyndi Bemel, Vanora Savig, Germaine Defendi, Riva Weinstein, Cathy Perlmutter, and The South Pasadena Community Garden. Whether you’re shopping for art, jewelry, or holiday gifts, attendees are sure to find something special.
In addition to the books and artisan items, visitors can enjoy complimentary gift wrapping (while supplies last) to make their holiday shopping even more convenient.
