Due to audio issues preventing some participants from hearing the presenter, the Pasadena Rental Housing Board is offering a second online workshop for landlords and property managers on Tuesday, October 24 from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm.

On Tuesday, October 24, Matthew Siegel, Esq will be presenting an overview of Measure H, the Pasadena Fair and Equitable Charter Amendment. He has over 30 years of experience working with landlords and tenants to comply with local rent control laws. While participants can pose questions, this workshop does not replace professional legal counsel on individual situations but will provide free information from an attorney about compliance with the measure and general experiences.

Registration for the event is required, and Spanish interpretation will be provided. Registrants for  the workshop will receive the October 24^th recording and slides.
