Los Angeles County Supervisor, Kathryn Barger, invites the public to attend a Skilled Nursing Facility Public Forum on January 29.

The forum is scheduled for January 29, 2024, from 9:00 am – 11:00 am, in the Board Hearing Room of the Los Angeles County Hall of Administration, 500 W. Temple Street, Los Angeles.
After presentations on oversight, care, and management, the forum will give participants an opportunity to discuss the County’s role in serving Skilled Nursing Facility (“SNF”) patients.
This forum is especially important for the City of Pasadena given the number of Skilled Nursing Facilities in Pasadena. The public forum will include presentations from Los Angeles County Departments of Public Health, Health Services, Mental Health, and the Offices of the Auditor-Controller and Inspector General on their audits and investigations into SNF oversight.
These presentations will be followed by an opportunity for public input. The forum will give organizations and individuals an opportunity to discuss the County’s role in serving Skilled Nursing Facility (“SNF”) patients.
