Residents across Greater Pasadena and the San Gabriel Valley can look forward to a stretch of mild, pleasant weather heading into the weekend and early next week, according to the latest local forecast.

Friday will begin with patchy morning fog, giving way to mostly sunny skies by midday. Temperatures are expected to reach a comfortable high near 75°F, with light southeast winds shifting to the southwest in the afternoon and occasional gusts up to 15 mph.
Friday night will be mostly clear and cool, with lows around 53°F. Winds will be light, shifting from the west to the north-northeast after midnight.
Saturday brings sunny skies and slightly warmer temperatures, with highs near 78°F. Light northeast winds will become calm by afternoon, setting the stage for a perfect fall day. The evening will remain clear, with overnight lows around 55°F and calm conditions.
Sunday will offer more of the same, with continued sunshine and highs near 78°F. Skies will become mostly cloudy by nightfall, and patchy fog may develop after 11:00 pm. Overnight lows will once again dip to around 55°F.
Monday will start with morning fog, but skies are expected to clear by midday, yielding mostly sunny conditions. Highs will be slightly cooler, near 74°F.
Overall, the forecast promises an ideal weekend for outdoor plans, local hikes, or a visit to the Pasadena Farmers Market, just keep an eye out for patchy fog in the early hours.
