Visit Pasadena’s 40th Annual Visitor Hotline is live at (877) 793-9911, now through January 2 from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm on weekends and 10:00 am – 5:00 pm on weekdays to answer questions about the Rose Parade, Rose Bowl Game, and more!

      By Jonathan Ong

Visit Pasadena, the official destination marketing organization for the City of Pasadena, opens the Visitor Hotline until January 2, 2024, at (877) 793-9911 for the 40th year to help answer visitor questions about attending the Tournament of Roses® celebrations, including the Rose Parade and the Rose Bowl Game. Additional events include Equestfest, Bandfest, Floatfest, Run with the Roses 5K, Decorating Places, and more.

The ribbon cutting ceremony opening the hotline was officiated with the help of the 2024 Tournament of Roses® Royal Court, Councilmember Felicia Williams, Councilmember Tyron Hampton, Tournament of Roses President Alex Aghajanian, and Visit Pasadena Executive Director Kristin McGrath.

“It’s time to ring in the new year with Pasadena once again, as we celebrate the 135th Rose Parade and 110th Rose Bowl Game,” said Kristin McGrath, Executive Director of Visit Pasadena. “For the hundreds of thousands of visitors who are coming into town, we have prepared our 40th Visitor Hotline, so that you can get a human on the other end of the line to answer questions about our city’s year-end festivities, the New Year celebrations, endless array of dining options, and all the logistics and directional questions in between. Our website is also filled with answers at visitpasadena.com.”

And who knows, maybe that human on the other end of the line will be royalty? After, kicking off the 40th year of the Visitor Hotline with a ribbon cutting ceremony, the Rose Court will be answering the first calls to the Visitor Hotline. To find out more about the Rose Court, read this article.

Visit Pasadena’s digital guide to the Tournament of Roses can be found here. Hotline volunteers will be available to answer questions during the aforementioned hours of operation, based out of the Pasadena Convention Center.
