K-12 students living within the PWP service territory are encouraged to participate and showcase their creativity by submitting artwork that highlights the importance of water conservation.
The annual contest invites students to visually explore the theme of water-wise living through various art forms. Whether through digital art, crayons, markers, pencils, paints, watercolors, chalk, cut paper, or fabric, young artists have the freedom to express their understanding of water conservation. Along with their artwork, participants are asked to include a brief message that reflects the theme of being mindful of water use.
Submissions for the 2025 art contest must be received by May 30, 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for students to raise awareness about the importance of sustainable water practices while having fun and exploring their artistic talents.
For more details on how to submit artwork and learn more about the contest, participants can visit the PWP website. In addition, PWP offers a variety of educational programs designed to promote environmental sustainability in the community, including other initiatives focused on water conservation.
