Pasadena Water and Power (PWP) has unveiled a new virtual platform, EngagePWP.org, aimed at strengthening dialogue between the utility and its customers on key topics such as electric rates, utility programs, and clean energy initiatives.

The platform serves as a centralized space for residents and businesses to explore PWP’s services, access informational resources, and share their input on matters that affect their daily lives. The launch is part of PWP’s ongoing commitment to community engagement and responsive service.
“PWP remains committed to listening to our community and staying grounded in the insights we’ve received along the way,” said PWP General Manager David Reyes. “We invite residents and businesses to be part of the process by visiting EngagePWP.org to help ensure our rates, programs, and incentives continue to reflect their needs and priorities.”
One of the first initiatives featured on EngagePWP.org is PWP’s electric rate study. In the coming weeks, the site will also host the public comment period for Pasadena’s Optimized Strategic Plan (OSP), which outlines the city’s roadmap to achieving 100% carbon-free electricity by the end of 2030.
In addition to public input opportunities, the engagement hub will include event announcements, contact information, and other helpful resources.
“Community feedback plays a vital role in shaping how we evolve our services,” Reyes added. “It will help us continue to provide competitive rates, modern technologies, and clean energy options that align with Pasadena’s long-term goals for equity and sustainability.”
