Pasadena Rental Housing Board to Offer SECOND Landlord and Property Management Workshop

Over 160 attendees joined the Pasadena Rental Housing Board’s first public workshop, Unlocking Success, on the evening of Wednesday, October 17. But because audio issues prevented some participants from hearing the presenter, the Pasadena Rental Housing Board will offer a second online workshop for landlords and property managers on Tuesday, October 24^th, from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. The PRHB regrets the technical issues that compromised the audio quality and participants’ ability to understand the speaker and webinar content and apologize for the inconvenience this caused.

On Tuesday, October 24, Matthew Siegel, Esq will be presenting an overview of Measure H, the Pasadena Fair and Equitable Charter Amendment. He has over 30 years of experience working with landlords and tenants to comply with local rent control laws. While participants can pose questions, this workshop does not replace professional legal counsel on individual situations but will provide free information from an attorney about compliance with the measure and general experiences.

Registration for the event is required, and Spanish interpretation will be provided. Registrants for both workshops will receive the October 24^th recording and slides.
