The Bicycle Dutch site operator explains why he made the video, and marvels on how people were criticizing the lack of helmets in which he attributes it to “how safe it really is to cycle, especially in the Netherlands.”
The streets look busy and congested with bikes because 33% of ALL trips are made by bicycle.
