The City of Monterey Park, in collaboration with the Monterey Park Arts Collective (MPAC), is set to host the fifth installment of the popular Electric Park event on Saturday, October 11. The event, which will take place from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm at Barnes Park, promises an exciting evening filled with music, art, and community connection.

This free, family-friendly event showcases a vibrant lineup of DJ/Producers spinning House music and a variety of other Electronic Dance Music (EDM) genres. With the mission of fostering community engagement, Electric Park is dedicated to providing a fun and inclusive environment for all ages.
The event series has become a staple in the city’s cultural calendar, offering an uplifting space to enjoy live music, connect with neighbors, and celebrate diversity. The event’s vision, MUSIC | PEOPLE | COMMUNITY, is brought to life through performances by some of the most talented DJs in the EDM scene. Past lineups have included industry icons like Richard Vission, Doc Martin, DJ DAN, David Delano, Anton Tumas, and Nightstalker, and this year’s roster is no exception.

Along with the beats, attendees will also find a diverse array of activities, including food trucks offering delicious bites, local art displays, free family games, and a variety of vendors showcasing unique goods. For those looking to unwind with a drink, the Alhambra Educational Foundation will be serving adult beverages (21+).
