The Monterey Park City Council invites the community to attend the installation ceremony of Mayor Elizabeth Yang and Mayor Pro Tem Henry Lo, along with recognition of outgoing Mayor Vinh T. Ngo.

The city council rotates the mayorship every 9½ months to allow all council members an opportunity to serve in that position. The ceremony will be held Tuesday, September 16 at 6:00 pm at Monterey Park City Hall. The event is open to the public. Light refreshments will be served following the event.
The ceremony will also be broadcast live on MPK-TV government access cable channel and streamed online. For more information, contact Recreation and Community Services at (626) 307-1388.
