The Monrovia City Council has announced that the annual “2026 State of the City” event will be held at a new location this year.

The event will take place at the Louise K. Taylor Performing Arts Center at Monrovia High School, located at 845 W. Colorado Blvd.

The State of the City is scheduled for Tuesday, February 10. A pre-event reception will begin at 6:00 pm, followed by the official State of the City presentation at 7:00 pm.

Each year, the Mayor and City Council come together for the event to highlight the City’s accomplishments from the past year and provide a first look at upcoming projects and initiatives.
