Celeste Acosta is the valedictorian for the Pasadena High School (PHS) graduating class of 2024.

Celeste Acosta will be attending UCLA and majoring in Psychobiology. She was also accepted by UC Santa Barbara, UC San Diego, the University of Virginia, and Northwestern University.

Awards

Celeste Acosta is a National Merit Commended Scholar. She is a California Scholastic Federation (CSF) Lifetime Member and a member of the National Honor Society. Earlier in the year, Celeste advanced to the CIF swimming finals in the 200 meter Individual Medley. At Pasadena High School’s Senior Awards ceremony, she received the Class of 1967 Scholarship as well as the Wark Memorial Scholarship.
