      Local cities and fire departments will host 9/11 remembrance ceremonies to honor the lives lost and the bravery of first responders on September 11, 2001.

      This is a time to reflect on the past, creating a space of remembrance and unity. Here are a few ceremonies happening around the Greater Pasadena area:

      Pasadena

      9/11 Tribute
      September 11, 2025
      6:45 am – 7:00 am
      Location
      Fire Station 34
      1360 E. Del Mar Blvd.
      Pasadena, CA 91106

      The Pasadena Fire and Police Departments will come together to honor and remember the lives lost during the September 11 attacks at a special 9/11 Tribute. This brief yet meaningful ceremony will take place on September 11, 2025, from 6:45 am to 7:00 am at Fire Station 34, located at 1360 E. Del Mar Blvd., Pasadena, CA. The event will serve as a reminder of the unity and strength of our community in times of tragedy.

      Alhambra

      Alhambra 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony
      September 11, 2025

      Alhambra Fire Department Fire Station 71

      Alhambra, CA 91801

      The Alhambra Fire Department will host its annual 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony on Thursday, September 11, 2025 at 9:00 am at Fire Station 71 to pay tribute to the first responders and civilians who lost their lives during the tragic events of September 11, 2001. The ceremony will feature posting of colors by the Alhambra Police Department Honor Guard, Invocation, and Tolling of the Bell. All are welcome to attend and registration is not required.       Monterey Park

This event honors the lives lost and the heroes who responded on September 11, 2001, with a community gathering of remembrance and reflection. Residents are encouraged to join in paying tribute as the City reaffirms its commitment to never forget.

      Rosemead

      Rosemead 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony

      The City of Rosemead will hold a Remembrance Ceremony to honor the lives lost, celebrate acts of bravery, and recognize the enduring spirit that unites the community in times of hardship.       San Gabriel

      San Gabriel Fire Department 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony

      The San Gabriel Fire Department invites the community to a special 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony to honor the bravery of first responders and remember the lives lost during the tragic events of September 11, 2001. The ceremony will feature a moving flag display, a solemn march, and a heartfelt tribute by Verdugo Fire Communications, creating a space for reflection, remembrance, and unity. All are welcome to attend this meaningful morning of tribute. Let us stand together to honor the courage, sacrifice, and resilience that continue to inspire our nation.

      Sierra Madre
