The local lineup is designed to showcase Pasadena’s unique role in shaping the future of technology and science, drawing entrepreneurs, investors, and talent from across Southern California.
Sponsored by the City of Pasadena’s Economic Development Division, in partnership with Innovate Pasadena, the events will spotlight the city’s distinct position in the tech landscape. While traditional hubs often focus on apps and consumer platforms, Pasadena stands apart, engineering Mars rovers, pioneering biotech solutions for cancer and blindness, and advancing quantum computing. During Tech Week, the city’s innovation ecosystem will take center stage, highlighting breakthrough work with global impact.
“We’re excited to welcome innovators from across the region to connect with Pasadena-based entrepreneurs, funders, institutions, and talent,” said David Klug, Pasadena’s Economic Development Director. “These events highlight Pasadena’s role as a leader in innovation and entrepreneurship.”
Rob McClinton, President of Innovate Pasadena, underscored the city’s distinct identity within the regional tech landscape. “Pasadena has a unique and differentiated role within the larger Los Angeles tech ecosystem, and we’re proud to showcase that through this year’s lineup,” he said. “Attendees will find the conversations here meaningful and impactful, we hope it inspires more technologists to collaborate with the vibrant community we’ve built.”
