The City of San Gabriel, in partnership with the San Gabriel Veterans Memorial Coalition, has selected a site for the city’s future Veterans Memorial and named a landscape architect to begin drafting design concepts for the project.

The memorial will serve as a permanent tribute to honor the service and sacrifice of veterans within the San Gabriel community.
To engage residents in the development process, a public kickoff meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 23, from 6:00 to 7:00 pm at Plaza Park. Community members are encouraged to attend to view the selected site, meet the design team, and share input on potential design ideas.
