Jordan D. Segall, a litigation partner in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson, has joined the Board of Directors of Pasadena’s Playhouse Village Foundation.

Segall’s law practice focuses on commercial litigation in trial and appellate courts. He works with high technology and media companies on digital privacy, trade secrets, copyright, consumer device litigation, and other commercial disputes. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, with a particular focus on appellate matters.
“Jordan Segall brings a trifecta of resources to our foundation board: legal and professional expertise, local roots, and enthusiasm for Playhouse Village” announced Playhouse Village Foundation Chair Phil Hawkey.
“I’m a local and Playhouse Village is my downtown,” noted Segall. “Born and raised in Glendale, I attended high school at Polytechnic, and I’ve lived in Pasadena since 2011. Not only do my kids and I enjoy all the amenities in Playhouse Village – from the Park to the shops and restaurants – but I want to help this unique charitable foundation achieve its potential for funding community-building projects in the heart of downtown Pasadena.”
Segall graduated from Stanford Law School, where he was named the distinguished senior editor of the Stanford Law Review, served as associate editor of the Stanford Law & Policy Review, and was president of the Stanford Entertainment and Sports Law Association. Segall received his M.A. and B.A. with honors in history from the University of Chicago.
