Jennifer Hall Lee is challenging PUSD Board member Roy Boulghorjian for the District 2 seat.

She is the mother of a PUSD student and in her third term on the Altadena Town Council; she is the Treasurer of the ATC, on the ATC Executive Committee and on the ATC Education Committee. Hall Lee also is the Chair of the Eliot Arts Annual Fund (Eliot Arts Magnet Academy).
In a statement to ColoradoBoulevard.net, Hall Lee said:
PUSD is a great district and I’m happy to be a PUSD parent. I believe in our public school system because it is one of the fundamental building blocks of our democracy. This is the time to give PUSD everything we have to give.
Hall Lee initiated and co-organized the Women’s History Month celebration held at Eliot, now an ACSA Region 15 sponsored event. She started the Eliot Arts Speaker Series and the Eliot auction.
Hall Lee is the second female candidate to announce her candidacy for a PUSD Board seat. Tina Wu Fredericks announced her candidacy for District 6 in November 2019. Election Day for this contest is Tuesday, November 3, 2020.
