      iPhone 6 adEverything you need to know about iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus U.S. carriers prices and specs.

      (Available in the U.S. Sept. 19).

      Specs:

      • The iPhone glass wraps around the phone. Display is Retina HD. Dual domain pixels:  wider viewing angle with accurate colors. Resolutions – iPhone 6: 1334 x 750, iPhone 6 Plus: 1920 x 108. iPhone 6 Plus has over 2 million pixels.
      • New keyboard keys for cut, copy, and paste. Double-touch the home button and the screen slides down so you can reach everything one-handed. You can see your inbox and your messages in mail.
      • New Apple A8 chip with 2 billion transistors. Up to 25% faster CPU, 50% graphics. Maximum performance with games. Battery life the same as previous model.
      • Time-lapse video, in iOS 8. 240 frames per second on the iPhone 6 camera. M8: New motion coprocessor. iOS 8 will be free to download on 9/18, with the new iPhones on 9/19.
      • 16GB and 128GB of storage. Comes in: gold, silver, and space gray.
      • Single shot HDR and HDR in videos. New version for FaceTime HD camera. Burst mode. Cinematic video stabilization. Automatic focus continuously as you shoot video. iPhone 6 camera: 240 frames per second.
      • Apple Pay: add new cards to your Apple Pay by taking a picture of your credit card with the app. You verify with your bank and then it’s added to Passbook. * Apple won’t record what you buy, how much you pay, or where. Whole Foods and McDonald’s will both add Apple Pay plus other stores. No mention of Starbucks.

      iPhone 6: $199, or $58 up front and $30 per month.
      iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 iPhone Plus:  $20/month – no down payment. After 2 years, trade  for newest model (‘iPhone for Life’ plan).

      T-Mobile

      iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus: $99 (16GB), $199.99 (128GB).
      iPhone 6: $27.08/month, iPhone 6 Plus: $31.24/month (both for 2 years – Simple Choice plan).
