Informational Session on Mental Health.

Join LA Libraries for an informational workshop on understanding the impact of immigration on mental health provided by the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health. This workshop will cover how we can normalize migration, identify the immigrant’s stressors, and discuss actions to help immigrants during the acculturation process.

The English language session will be from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm. The Chinese language session will be from 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm. For Adults. No registration required.
