Have a Say in Putting Pasadena Plan in Motion

The City of Pasadena needs your input on the newly launched Our Pasadena – Putting the Plan in Motion program.

This highly anticipated program is a major step toward implementation of the City’s recently updated General Plan, which guides future growth and development for the City.

Our Pasadena will focus on implementation—updating Pasadena’s Zoning Code and establishing neighborhood-specific design and land-use goals for the City’s eight Specific Plans. The program will include numerous opportunities for public participation through a variety of events, activities, and platforms including workshops, open houses, social media and the Our Pasadena website!

The entire community is invited to participate in a series of educational open houses at various locations in the city. One has passed (Thursday, March 8^th from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Jackie Robinson Community Center) and two more events are coming up:

• Thursday, March 15^th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Pasadena Senior Center
• Thursday, March 29^th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Victory Park Recreation Center

Staff from the City’s Planning and Community Development Department will be on hand at each open house to provide an introduction address your questions about the effort.
