The Parks, Recreation, and Community Services (PRCS) Department is extending the free Recreation Camp through Friday, Jan. 31, for students in grades K-8 who attend a school in or around the Pasadena area that is temporarily closed.
By News Desk
Recreation Camp facilitates a safe space for participants to join their online class, complete educational worksheets, play games, and enjoy recreational activities like arts & crafts, sports, and physical fitness. The camp is open on weekdays from 7:30 am – 6:00 pm.
Multiple Pasadena schools were damaged during the tragic Eaton Fire, resulting in school closures this week. We hope this program offers a temporary solution for families whose children are unable to attend school at this time.
