ArroyoFest 2023 will open the 110 Freeway parkway to pedestrians, cylists, and skateboards, from Glenarm Avenue in Pasadena to Avenue 26 in Lincoln Heights, on Sunday morning.

ArroyoFest
The Arroyo Seco Parkway will be closed to cars and open to people-powered transportation from 7:00 am to 11:00 am, on October 29.
Transportation
The Metro Rail A Line will provide direct service to the event via the Lincoln Heights / Cypress Park and South Pasadena stations, and easy access via the Filmore and Southwest Museum stations. Children 4 or under ride free on Metro. Bikes and scooters may be brought on board at no extra cost. Visit metro.net for more information regarding transit options.
Activity Hubs
Three activity hubs along the route will feature live music and performances, family-friendly art activities, community-based organizations, and more.
- Highland Park Hub will play host to this year’s Lummis Day Festival, at Sycamore Grove Park, with entertainment and cultural offerings 10:00 am until 3:30 pm.
- South Pasadena Hub will feature an e-bike demo/rental zone, free carnival games, and over two dozen local community booths 7:00 am – 2:00 pm.
- Lincoln Heights Hub will offer food trucks, live music, and free bike repair.
ArroyoFest 7:00 am – 11:00 am Open street along Mission Street 7:00 am – 2:00 pm (From Metro Station to Garfield Park in South Pasadena). Lummis Day Festival 10:00 am – 3:30 pm (Sycamore Grove Park in Highland Park).
