South Pasadena High School (SPHS) Varsity Virtual Enterprise students worked at Arroyo Vista (AV) Elementary School on October 26, 2023, to educate and mentor AV students about entrepreneurship, in preparation for the upcoming AV Marketplace.

Topics included idea generation, marketing, operations, sales, corporate social responsibility, and the financing of their businesses. This is the eighth year that the Varsity Virtual Enterprise Team has collaborated with Arroyo Vista for its annual event.
Led by SPHS CTE (Career Technical Education) teacher Cathy Mason, Virtual Enterprise students presented two workshops: one in person and one on Zoom to the elementary students and their parents. The workshops encourage the students to participate in the annual AV Marketplace that will be held at Arroyo Vista Elementary School on December 9, 2023.
