Upper San Gabriel Valley Municipal Water District (Upper District) will once again host the annual WaterFest family-fun festival for the residents of the San Gabriel Valley.
WaterFest continues to be a community-wide celebration of our most precious natural resource. This year’s event will kick-off Upper District’s 60th Anniversary. We invite your organizations and families to join us on this day of celebration and cultural activities!
