San Marino is kicking off the holiday season with the return of the Home for the Holidays Tree Lighting Ceremony & Mayor’s Reception on Friday, December 5, 2025.
The festivities will take place from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the corner of Huntington Drive and San Marino Avenue, where attendees will celebrate the 73-year legacy of the Holiday House Bus Shelter, a cherished San Marino tradition.
The evening will be filled with holiday magic as Santa makes his grand entrance aboard a fire truck, followed by a festive countdown to the lighting of the holiday tree. Guests can enjoy delicious cookies, hot cocoa, and even a fun holiday craft activity.
