Celebrate Father’s Day weekend in style while supporting a local tradition.

The South Pasadena Tournament of Roses Golf Tournament is now accepting registrations for its annual event, set to take place on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at the scenic Arroyo Seco Golf Course in South Pasadena. This exciting tournament, sponsored by Shaw, Moses, Mendenhall Insurance, will help raise vital funds for the oldest self-built float in the world-famous Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade.

The tournament kicks off with registration at 7:00 am, followed by a shotgun start at 8:00 am. Players will enjoy a fun-filled day on the 18-hole, par-3 course located at 1055 Lohman Lane, in South Pasadena, known for its beautiful views and challenging layout.

The tournament follows a best ball scramble format, making it perfect for golfers of all skill levels. Players can also test their luck and skill at Hole #17, where they can enter for a chance to win $10,000 with a hole-in-one. This incredible prize is sponsored by Mamma’s Brick Oven Pizza & Pasta of South Pasadena. Entry into the hole-in-one challenge is a $10 cash entry fee.

After the round, participants can look forward to a post-play lunch, a raffle, and an awards ceremony. Prizes will be awarded to the top two teams and the male and female players who hit closest to the pin on a designated hole.

      Entry Fees

      • Advance registration: $90 per player or $300 for a foursome
      • Day-of registration: $100 per player

All proceeds from the event will go directly toward supporting the construction and decoration of South Pasadena’s self-built float for the 2026 Tournament of Roses Parade, ensuring the community’s continued presence in this cherished New Year’s Day tradition.

To register, visit www.sptor.org or contact Golf Chairman Alan Vlacich for more details.

Join in the fun and give back to the South Pasadena community—it’s a hole-in-one for a great cause.
