Get ready to go “ogre the moon” as All Souls World Language Catholic School proudly presents its 2026 student musical production of Shrek The Musical JR., a hilarious, heartwarming adventure for the whole family!
Performances will take place at the Cathedral High School Theatre on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, January 22, 23, and 24, 2026, at 7:00 pm, with a 2:00 pm Saturday matinee. Live-stream options are available on Friday and Saturday.
In this lively 70-minute show, based on the Oscar®-winning DreamWorks Animation film and the beloved book by William Steig, audiences will follow the adventures of Shrek, an unlikely hero who embarks on a daring quest to rescue Princess Fiona, with the help of his loyal friend Donkey. Along the way, he encounters a swamp full of fairytale misfits, a fire-breathing dragon, and the pint-sized villain Lord Farquaad, all while discovering the power of friendship, self-acceptance, and love.
