      Lunar New Year 2026 Year of the Fire Horse (Photo – Pasadena Senior Center)

      Usher in the Lunar New Year with dance and martial arts at the Pasadena Senior Center.

      Each year in the Chinese calendar is associated with an animal and an element. 2025 ushers in the Year of the Fire Horse, an energetic sign associated strength, swiftness, and freedom. We will celebrate with the traditional Lion Dance and Martial Arts demonstrations overseen by master Ken Hui of the Northern Shaolim Kung Fu Association.

      Reservations are suggested. Please register online.

      A Cultural Thursday Event! Lunar New Year Celebration
      Thursday, March 5 at 2:00 pm.
      Members: Free, Nonmembers: $5.00.
