City of Pasadena Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Department (PRCS) and the Pasadena Latino Heritage Committee announced the 2024 Parade and Festival theme, “Somos Pasadena: Seguimos Floreciendo” (We Are Pasadena: We Keep Flourishing), highlighting a Latino community that continues to grow and thrive, honoring its roots while contributing to the broader tapestry of our city and country.

In celebration of the 26th annual parade and festival, the Latino Heritage Committee is hosting a kickoff celebration and fundraiser on Thursday, July 25 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. The event will take place at the historic Wrigley Mansion, known as Tournament House, which serves as the headquarters of the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Association. Attendees at the kickoff celebration will have an opportunity to tour the elegant Italian Renaissance-style mansion which was presented to the city of Pasadena in 1958 by the William Wrigley family with the understanding that it would become the permanent headquarters for the Tournament of Roses.

The reception will be filled with fun, food, and drinks from local favorite, El Portal Restaurant, and the program will include a lively auction as well as the much-anticipated announcement of the 2024 Parade and Festival Grand Marshals.

Pre-sale tickets are available now through July 18 for $60 each and will also be available after that date for $75 online or at the door. To purchase tickets or make a donation visit this link.
