Grief’s emotional impacts are complex and long-lasting, but less well-known are its effects on the rest of your well-being, which this Pasadena Senior Center workshop seeks to explore.

“Grief: Beyond Emotions, Physical & Cognitive Effects” is offered on Wednesday, January 21 at 3:00 pm onsite at Pasadena Senior Center, presented by Foundation for Senior Services.

Grief affects more than just your emotions, impacting your brain, body, and nervous system. This session explores the physical and cognitive changes that can accompany loss, providing insight and guidance to support the healing process.
