Pasadena Playhouse District’s 14th Annual ARTWalk this year will take place at Green Street at Madison Ave.
Pasadena ARTWalk will feature an urban art fair and many more activities. It highlights some of the best Southern Californian visual artists showcasing their work in painting, sculpture, watercolor, photography, mixed media, ceramics, jewelry, drawings, and printmaking. ARTWalk is free and open to all-ages.

Utility Wraps on Colorado & Union
Artist: Susan Silton | Colorado Blvd.
Free speech-themed art installation.
Artist: Alicia Gorecki | Union St.
Design celebrates imagination through a colorful depiction of a childhood adventure.
Artist: Alicia Gorecki | Walnut Ave.
Illustration reflects on the usefulness of the investment in education by conjuring local history through the depiction of one of Pasadena’s first high schools.
Artists: John David O’Brien & Molly Bendall | Union St.
Designs incorporate photographs of the area layered with paint and text.
Crosswalk Art
Moonwalk Crosswalk
Artist: Cynthia Luna
Crosswalk art at 11 different crossings, in Gingko, Art Deco and Rose inspired patterns, which make reference to Pasadena’s trees, architecture and Rose Parade, respectively.
River Migration
Artist: Hataya Tubtim
Local artist Hataya Tubtim’s design uses the movement of Steelhead Trout which are native to the Arroyo Seco’s local natural history, over three crosswalk sites to echo the movement of people moving through the urban environment.

BEE KIND
Southern California-based artist Trek Thunder Kelly encourages people to think and hopefully to act with kindness in this new nature inspired mural on Green Street by Jacob Maarse Florists and Gifts.
Spencer MAR
Guilburt uses his signature fire flower motif as a framework to explore repetition, and repetition’s ability to unlock insights, especially into one’s self. See his art bloom on Green Street by Kornrandolph.
Inspiration Blvd.
Artist Gino Flo’s mural shape was inspired by the San Gabriel Mountains that surround Pasadena. Inside the mountain range silhouette are small worlds that have tributes to our city and images to inspire creativity, thought, and conversation. This mural located between Laemmle Playhouse 7 and The Andalucia.
Shine Bright SCCM
Amy Tangerine’s colorful mural of a sun with rainbow rays will brighten your day at the Southern California Children’s Museum parking lot.
Vroman’s Art on the Stairwell

George Cwirko Godycki
Art show mix of screen prints, original paintings and drawings that are part of the George’s wildlife art, featuring animals such as flamingos, parrots, turtles, bearded dragons, alligators and more.

Friends of the Pasadena Playhouse

The courtyard will be transformed into a bazaar featuring baked goods, jewelry, Playhouse memorabilia, artwork and pottery among other treasures. All funds go to support he Pasadena Playhouse.
First United Methodist Church
500 E. Colorado Blvd. | 2:00PM to 4:00PM
Family activities to learn about Tongva Native American traditions and the plants they valued in the local woodland, including Tongva-themed crafts, as well as crafts from recycled items to honor the Native American traditions of protecting and respecting the earth. At 2:45PM in the historic chapel, there will be a short presentation by Act It Out drama campers of stories and information about local plants and animals.

Alberto Solis and Emilio Alonzo join the Pasadena ARTWalk from Merida, Yucatan in Mexico. Solis’ exhibition showcases photographs of nature, animals (especially birds), nighttime photography and lightpainting. Alonzo will feature a collection of photographs on canvas.
